The 17 apartments are spread over 4 levels, from garden level to the top floor, which houses two large T4 duplex apartments with a through-view veranda. The ground-floor apartments open onto private, fenced, lawned gardens. Part of the first floor is reserved for the residence's parking spaces. The architecture of Saïmiri, with its double-sloped roofs, straight lines and warm tones, is elegantly and soberly inspired by Guyanese architectural tradition.
