In 2005, APROMEOS was born from the association of two independent real estate developers, Hugues GALOUZEAU de VILLEPIN and Guy Jean CHAMPIGNY. In 2011, Fabien REMUSAT, with extensive experience in commercial real estate, joined the group as a partner to develop business in French Guiana, before taking over the management of Apromeos' business in the Paris region in 2017. In 2019, following the retirement of Hugues GALOUZEAU de VILLEPIN.
Specializing in sustainable, well-designedresidential real estate for both low- and middle-income families, the group has been building new and renovated real estate programs in mainland France (Île-de-France) since 2006, as well as in French Guiana and the French West Indies (Saint-Martin, Guadeloupe and Martinique).
Since 2011, the group has recorded significant growth, becoming the second largest private developer in French Guiana. In 2020, capitalizing on its 15 years of experience, Apromeos has decided to intensify its development across all its territories, aiming to deliver 500 homes each year and have more than 1,000 homes under study.
